1 tsp olive oil
1 lb ground beef
1 cup salsa sauce
6 medium eggs
Instructions
Step 1: Heat the Skillet
Place a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add the olive oil and swirl it around to coat the bottom evenly.
Step 2: Brown the Beef
Add the ground beef to the skillet and cook, stirring occasionally, until it’s no longer pink. Make sure to break up the beef as it cooks so it browns evenly.
Step 3: Add the Salsa
