Ingredients
2 chicken breasts, boneless and skinless, cut into strips (about 1 pound / 450g)
1 red bell pepper, sliced into ½-inch slices
1 yellow bell pepper, sliced into ½-inch slices
1 green bell pepper, sliced into ½-inch slices
1 red onion, sliced into wedges
3 tablespoons fajita seasoning
1 tablespoon vegetable oil
Instructions
Step 1: Prep the Ingredients
Slice the chicken breasts into even strips for quick and even cooking.
Slice the bell peppers into thin strips and cut the red onion into wedges.
Set everything aside in separate bowls.
Step 2: Season the Chicken and Vegetables
Drizzle the chicken strips with vegetable oil and sprinkle with fajita seasoning.
