Step 1: Beat Cream Cheese

In a stand mixer fitted with the paddle attachment (or in a large bowl using a hand mixer), beat the softened cream cheese for 2 to 3 minutes, until it’s smooth and creamy.

Step 2: Add Heavy Cream and Powdered Sugar

Add the heavy cream and powdered sugar to the beaten cream cheese.

Beat the mixture until it’s light and fluffy. This should take a few minutes.
