- 1 cup full-fat cottage cheese (excess liquid drained)
- 1/4 cup liquid egg whites
- 2 tbsp gluten-free flour
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp italian seasoning
- pinch of salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1/4 cup marinara sauce
- 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 12 turkey pepperoni slices
Instructions
- Preheat Oven: Preheat your oven to 350 degrees F.
- Blend Ingredients: In a blender, add the cottage cheese (excess liquid drained), egg whites, gluten-free flour, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, and a good pinch of salt and pepper until well combined.
- Prepare Baking Sheet and Pour Batter: Pour the cottage cheese mixture onto a parchment lined baking sheet and spread it out evenly into a circle shape. You want it approx 1/4 inch thick.
