- 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded or diced
- 1 1/2 cups shredded mozzarella or cheddar cheese
- 1/4 cup cream cheese, softened
- 2 tablespoons butter, melted
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/4 cup sour cream
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- 4 large tortillas
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley for garnish (optional)
Instructions
- Cook the Garlic: Melt butter in a skillet over medium heat and cook minced garlic until fragrant, about 1-2 minutes.
- Cook the Chicken: Add the cooked chicken to the skillet, along with garlic powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper. Mix well and heat through.
- Make the Sauce: Mix softened cream cheese, sour cream, and half the shredded cheese in a bowl.
- Combine Chicken and Sauce: Take the chicken off the heat and stir it into the cream cheese mixture until well combined.
- Assemble the Wraps: Spread the tortillas out and put equal amounts of chicken mixture in the middle of each one. Sprinkle the rest of the shredded cheese on top.
- Roll the Wraps: Roll up the tortillas, tucking in the sides as you go.
- Grill the Wraps: Heat a clean skillet and cook the wraps for 2-3 minutes on each side until golden brown and the cheese melts.
- Serve: Add fresh parsley on top if you want and serve hot
