2 cups cooked chicken, shredded or diced
1 1/2 cups shredded mozzarella or cheddar cheese
1/4 cup cream cheese, softened
2 tablespoons butter, melted
3 cloves garlic, minced
1/4 cup sour cream
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
4 large tortillas
Salt and pepper to taste
Fresh parsley for garnish (optional)
Instructions
Cook the Garlic: Melt butter in a skillet over medium heat and cook minced garlic until fragrant, about 1-2 minutes.
Cook the Chicken: Add the cooked chicken to the skillet, along with garlic powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper. Mix well and heat through.
Make the Sauce: Mix softened cream cheese, sour cream, and half the shredded cheese in a bowl.
Combine Chicken and Sauce: Take the chicken off the heat and stir it into the cream cheese mixture until well combined.
Assemble the Wraps: Spread the tortillas out and put equal amounts of chicken mixture in the middle of each one. Sprinkle the rest of the shredded cheese on top.
Roll the Wraps: Roll up the tortillas, tucking in the sides as you go.
Grill the Wraps: Heat a clean skillet and cook the wraps for 2-3 minutes on each side until golden brown and the cheese melts.
Serve: Add fresh parsley on top if you want and serve hot
