- Make the Biscuit Base: Crush the Oreos or tennis biscuits in a food processor (or place them in a sealed bag and crush with a rolling pin). Mix with melted butter until combined. Press the mixture into a tart pan or pie dish, ensuring an even layer. Refrigerate for 15-20 minutes while preparing the mousse filling.
- Prepare the Chocolate Mousse: In a large bowl, whip the fresh cream until soft peaks form. Gradually pour in the condensed milk, continuing to beat until fully combined and fluffy. Gently fold in ½ cup grated or broken Cadbury Flake to evenly distribute the chocolate pieces.
- Assemble the Tart: Spoon the prepared chocolate mousse into the chilled biscuit base, spreading evenly. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours, or preferably overnight, to allow the mousse to set completely.
