1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened
1/2 cup granulated sugar
1/4 cup brown sugar, packed
1 large egg
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/2 cup cream cheese, softened
1/4 cup granulated sugar (for coating)
1 tablespoon ground cinnamon
Instructions
Preheat and Prep: Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Combine Dry Ingredients: In a bowl, whisk together flour, baking powder, and salt.
Cream Butter and Sugars: In another bowl, beat butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar until creamy.
Mix Wet Ingredients: Mix in egg and vanilla extract until well combined. Blend in cream cheese until smooth.
Combine Wet and Dry Ingredients: Gradually add dry ingredients to the wet mixture, mixing until just combined.
