This Lucky Charms Cookies recipe is a fun, festive, and surprisingly delicious treat that’s perfect for St. Patrick’s Day, or any time you’re craving a little bit of whimsy in your baking. I’ve always loved the bright colors and sugary sweetness of Lucky Charms cereal
Preheat and Prep: Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Cream Butter and Sugar: Cream the butter and sugar.
Add Wet Ingredients: Add the egg, extract and food coloring.
Combine Dry Ingredients: Add the flour, baking soda, baking powder, cream of tartar and salt.
Fold in Chips and Marshmallows: Once fully combined, fold in the chocolate chips and lucky charms marshmallows.
Scoop and Bake: Roll into small balls and place them on a cookie sheet. Bake the cookies for 10 minutes.
