  • 4 1/4 cups flour (plus more for dusting)

  • 1 1/22 tablespoons cinnamon
  • 1/2 cup butter
  • 1/2 cup honey

Instructions

  1. Preheat and Prep: Preheat your oven to 325°F (163°C). Grease a 9 x 13 inch baking pan.
  2. Blend the Dough Ingredients: In a blender, add the cottage cheese and blend it until smooth. Then, add sugar, eggs, oil, and milk, blending again until the mixture is completely smooth. Once blended, pour the mixture into a large bowl.
  3. Combine the Dry Ingredients: Add the baking powder to the cottage cheese mixture and stir to combine. Gradually add the flour a little at a time, mixing until the dough becomes smooth.
  4. Prepare the Dough and Filling: Flour your work surface and stretch the dough out into a large rectangle. In another bowl, prepare the filling by mixing brown sugar and cinnamon together.
  5. Assemble the Rolls: Melt some butter and brush it over the stretched dough. Drizzle honey over the butter evenly. Then, sprinkle the prepared sugar and cinnamon mixture over the entire surface of the dough.
  6. Roll, cut and bake.
  7. Serve warm.
