- 6 cups of Rice Chex
- 16 ounces of Wiltons Green Icing
- ½ cup of powdered sugar
- 3/4 cup of Sugar Cookie Mix
- 1 package of Gold Sprinkles (or any color)
Instructions
- Measure Cereal: Measure the cereal and add it to a bowl.
- Prepare Sugar Mixture: Add powdered sugar and cookie mix to the bag and set aside.
- Melt Icing: Add green frosting to a microwave-safe bowl and melt in 20-second intervals until melted.
- Coat Cereal: Once melted pour it over the cereal in the bowl and fold in carefully. Add in sprinkles.
- Shake Once coated, add the cereal to the bag and shake.
- Dry.
