- 36 Oreos, finely crushed
- 1 stick unsalted butter, melted
- 8 oz block of cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 2 8 oz tubs frozen whipped topping, thawed, divided
- 3 3.4 oz boxes of cheesecake instant pudding mix
- 3 cups cold milk
- 1 teaspoon mint extract
- Green gel food coloring
Garnishing:
- Oreo crumbs
- Whipped topping
- Maraschino cherries
- Green sprinkles
Instructions
- Preheat and Prep: Preheat the oven to 375 degrees.
- Make Crust: Mix together crushed Oreos and butter. Press the crust into all corners and sides of the dish. Bake the crust for 8-10 minutes. Set aside and allow to cool.
- Make Cream Cheese Layer: Cream together the block of cream cheese, powdered sugar, and 1 tub of frozen whipped topping. Mix until smooth. Using a rubber spatula, add the cream cheese layer on top of the crust.
- Make Pudding Layer: Blend the pudding packages with the milk on low-medium speed until fully combined. Add in the remaining tub of whipped topping and blend again until smooth. Add the mint extract and about 2-3 inches of the gel food coloring.
- Assemble and Chill.
- Garnish.
