This Strawberry Cottage Cheese Mousse recipe is a celebration of one of my favorite fruits: strawberries! I wanted a dessert that was light, refreshing, and bursting with the sweet, summery flavor of fresh strawberries. I simply adore strawberries.
Let’s get blending and create some strawberry magic! This mousse is incredibly easy to make. First, gather all your ingredients and equipment.
Next, combine all the ingredients (cottage cheese, strawberries, honey or maple syrup, and vanilla extract) in your blender or food processor. Secure the lid tightly.
Now, blend until completely smooth and creamy. This may take a minute or two.
Once the mixture is perfectly smooth, carefully spoon it into your serving glasses.
Next, cover the glasses with plastic wrap or lids and place them in the refrigerator to chill for at least one hour.
Finally, just before serving, garnish with fresh strawberries and mint leaves. Enjoy!
