Ingredients
- ¼ cup plus 1-½ teaspoons fresh lemon juice
- 3-¾ cups fresh or frozen unsweetened chopped strawberries
- 2-¼ cups confectioners’ sugar
Instructions
1. Combine Ingredients:
Place all the ingredients—the fresh lemon juice, the fresh or frozen unsweetened chopped strawberries, and the confectioners’ sugar—in a blender or food processor.
2. Process Until Smooth: Cover and process until the mixture is completely smooth. This may take a few minutes, depending on your blender or food processor. Scrape down the sides as needed.
3. Freeze:
Transfer the pureed strawberry mixture to a freezer-safe container.
Freeze until firm. This will take several hours, or preferably overnight.
4. Serve and Enjoy! Scoop and serve the frozen Strawberry Sorbet. Enjoy its pure, intense strawberry flavor!
